Treno Blu - historical trains

The Association F.T.I. - Ferrovie Turistiche Italiane, through the section FBS - Ferrovia del Basso Sebino, since 1994 organized routes with tourist trains in collaboration with Trenitalia, RFI, Le Nord, Navigazione Lago d'Iseo and Oglio Regional Park with a privileged destination Lake Iseo, Franciacorta, Valcalepio and Valcamonica.

The initiative called TrenoBlu takes place according to a consolidated operating calendar, but it is also possible to organize excursions for groups, companies, and associations, with customized programs on request. The journey by train, often combined with a boat trip on Lake Iseo or a lunch based on typical products, is usually made with vintage diesel railcars.
There are also many days when, along the line that runs along the Oglio River, in a particularly suggestive environmental context (since 1988 protected as a Regional Park)back to puff a historic steam locomotive with its vintage carriages and all its ancient charm, able to take you back in time.
